Who we are

Laundrix is a product of Numi Innovations LTD (“we”). Numi Innovations LTD operates the platform and is responsible for the way the platform itself handles data. Each laundry using Laundrix decides what information about its own customers it records.

What we store

The platform stores the information laundries enter about their customers and orders (names, phone numbers, addresses, order and payment records) and about their staff accounts. Each company's data is separated from every other company's.

How it is used

Data is used to operate the service for the company that entered it: processing orders, sending notifications the company configures, and producing its reports. When an optional AI assistant is enabled, the questions asked and the records needed to answer them are sent to the configured AI provider.

Third-party providers

Payments, email, SMS, WhatsApp and AI are handled by providers each company chooses to configure. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored here.
